In Soviet times, from 1944 to 1990, the Yampilsky District Court was called the Jampolian People's Court of Vinnytsia Oblast.

Between 1963 and 1965, the Yamopil People's Court was subordinate to the Mohyliv-Podilskyi People's Court, and was called the Mohyliv-Podilskyi People's Court of Vinnytsia region, a permanent commission in Yampil.

The present name was received by the court with the proclamation of Ukraine's independence.

From 1972 to 1982 at the Yampilsky District People's Court he worked as a People's Judge Kulbak Sergey Sergeevich, after the expiration of this term he went to work for the Tomashpil district people's court as chairman of the court.

From 1982 to 1987, Viktor Yakovlevsky worked at the Yampilsky District People's Court, and after that date he was elected chairman of the Zhmerinsky City People's Court (modern Zhmerinsky City Court), where he is currently working.

Since 1987, Bodnaruk Mykola Fedorovych has been elected to the post of judge of the Yampil District People's Court. At that time, one judge worked in the court, so he was considered a people's judge with the duties of the chairman of the court. In April 1990, Bodnaruk Mykola Fedorovych was elected to the session of the regional council by the chairman of the court, and from that time on July 27, 2010 (the day of death) was headed by the court.

In 1991, in connection with the increase in the work in the Yampilsky District Court, another judge was appointed, and Judge Anatoly Grigorievich Dubchak, who worked until 2001 and was transferred to the position of judge of the Shargorod District Court of Vinnytsya Oblast, was elected to this position.

In 1993, another judge was appointed to the Yampilsky District Court, and Judge Viktor V. Golovin was elected to this position, who was appointed by the Decree of the President of Ukraine on May 19, 2007 as Deputy Chairman of the Yampilsky District Court, and on January 29, 2013 by the Decision The High Council of Justice is appointed to the post of chairman of the court. In this position Golovin VA worked on the day of dismissal on September 27, 2016 in connection with retirement.

In connection with the increase in the workload in 2001, the Yampilsky District Court introduced the fourth position of a judge. For this position in November 2002, judge Viktor Zhelihovsky was appointed judge, who in 2006 was transferred to the position of judge of the Litisky district court.

In connection with the transfer of judge A. Dubchak as judge of the Shargorodsky District Court, judge Dzherin Nikolai Mikhailovich was appointed in August 2002, who, from October 3, 2016, was elected chairman of the court by the decision of the Yampilsky District Court Judges.

In January 2007, Alla Grigorievna Lubinets-Onilova, who works for the time being, was appointed to the post of judge of the Yampilsky District Court.

In March 2012, Tetiana Gavrilyuk, currently working at the Yampilsky District Court, was appointed to the post of judge.

Currently, the judges of the Yampil district court of Vinnitsa oblast graduated from the following higher educational establishments:

Head of the court Dzherin MM in 1996 graduated from the National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise and qualified as a lawyer.

Judge Lubinets-Onilova AG in 2000 graduated from the National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise and qualified as a lawyer.

Judge Gavrilyuk T.V. in 2008 graduated from the National Law Academy of Ukraine named after Yaroslav the Wise and qualified as a lawyer.

Most employees of the court apparatus have completed their higher education.

With the development of information technologies and innovations, the Yampolsky District Court of Vinnytsya Oblast step by step, together with other regional courts, goes to the model form of work. But for this purpose, it is still necessary to complete the completion of the administrative building, and only then will it be possible to talk about a complete transition to this form of court work.

The present judiciary of the Yampil district court makes considerable efforts to strengthen the democratic principles of justice, to ensure fair, just decisions made in the name of the state, faithfully serve the ideals of good and justice, and plays an important role in ensuring the protection of human rights and citizen.
